**About the role**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage internal teams (product & tech, legal, marketing, operations, insurance, data) to drive overall growth strategy and execution of initiatives to drive growth for our direct to consumer vertical
- Ensure optimal product market fit in terms of Igloos platform and features, as well as the insurance coverages in order to provide a compelling and unique consumer proposition
- Work with internal and external stakeholders towards building customer value and providing great service quality
- Closely monitor performance data to make decisions with marketing, product and operations teams to ensure consistent improvement and growth
- Be the source of country intelligence in terms of trends that would enable Igloo to create the right portfolio of products and services
- Present Igloos value proposition in press, tech forums and other platforms

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in digital platforms, strategy consulting, or experience leading direct to consumer platforms for digital services
- Minimum 4 years of experience working with product and performance marketing teams
- High throughput. Strong bias towards action with the reputation of someone who gets things done.
- Strategic thinker. Able to use data to make decisions and build tactical and strategic plans
- Strong interpersonal skills. Know how to build trust and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to build long term relationships
- Ability to multi-task and deal with time pressure in an unstructured environment; ability to work through uncertainty
- Entrepreneurial approach and a self-starter personality are a "must-have"
- Experience working with data and analytics tools
