Tokopedia Marketing Solutions is seeking a Head of Brand and Agency Partnership to elevate our and our client's business to the next level. Your primary goal is to help brands and merchants achieve their marketing objectives, thereby contributing to our mutual success all the while grow our revenue. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for fostering win-win partnerships with brands and agencies, engaging in high-level conversations with senior leaders and C-level executives.

Your proven track record in sales, deal-structuring, and your ability to communicate fluently in both Bahasa and English will be key to your success. **What You Will Do**
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers within brands and agencies, including senior management and C-Level executives, to secure long-term partnerships
- Drive the growth of advertising revenue by developing and executing long-term Joint Business Plans (JBPs) that deliver mutual value for Tokopedia and our partners.
- Serve as a beacon of collaboration, skillfully balancing diplomacy and assertiveness to foster progress among internal and external stakeholders
- Articulate ideas and proposals in a compelling manner to secure client buy-in, utilizing both simplicity and persuasion in communications
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team focused on business growth and exceptional service delivery to our business partners
- Forge robust partnerships across sales, operations, tech, and product teams to deliver outstanding results for our clients and partners
- Continuously monitor market trends and dynamics, leveraging insights to drive business growth for both Tokopedia and our clients
- Act as thought leaders in the industry through active participation in events, public relations activities, and other marketing initiatives that elevate the Tokopedia Marketing Solutions brand
- Master the articulation of our product benefits and features to align with and fulfill client objectives
- Develop narratives and solutions to address client objections, creating a repository of best practices that empower the sales team to handle similar challenges effectively
**What This Role Needs**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 8 years of B2B sales and account management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the media and advertising industry
- Proven track record in sales and business development working with local/multinational brands and agencies
- Strong leadership skills with experience in managing a team
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa and English
- Ability to engage in high-level conversations with senior management and C-Level executives
- Demonstrated experience in deal structuring and Joint Business Planning (JBP)
- Well-versed in the terms and metrics used in the media and advertising industry
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Extensive experience in various aspects of eCommerce, including merchandising, logistics, payments, and marketing
- Strong background in buying/selling digital marketing, particularly with major ad tech platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and other programmatic ads
- Expertise in sales operations and a track record of building sales teams from the ground up
- Established network of contacts within the brand and agency landscape
- Experience in public speaking and representing a company at industry events
- Advanced skills in data analysis and market research
- Proven ability to mentor and develop team members for career growth
