Head Of Business - Cold Chain Logistics

Our client is a prominent one-stop-shop logistics company in Indonesia with a diverse portfolio and a strong foothold in the cold chain space. With a strong pipeline and multiple projects dotted across, they continue to capture greater market share.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Manage sourcing of customers. Build and maintain relationships with customers and assist and direct team members in sourcing and growing customer base
- Forwarding and in-depth knowledge of the cold chain business and market
- Set sales team profit goals and hold team members accountable for goals and recognize or discipline as needed
- Develop and manage operating budgets
- Monthly financial analysis: including determining overall success of current customer profiles

**Key Requirements**:

- 7 - 10 years of business development and/or commercial experiences with a core focus in the cold chain space
- Proven success in the cold chain and forwarding space would be highly desirable
- A proven track record of customer and market development with experience across the various shipping and logistics stages
- The ability to design and lead, leveraging on your knowledge of the shipping and logistics market
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
