The Field Sales channel (Brands segment Fashion Apparel and Cosmetics) will focus on offering final mile delivery solutions in the express domestic parcel segment. The Channel is responsible for the revenue development and profitability of this segment within Ninja Van product suite in the local market. Regional strategy and product development roadmaps will be supported by the regional organization and the country lead teams will focus primarily on revenue development and aggressive market share expansion by selling the B2B, B2C, D2C final mile delivery product and related services that are regionally deployed.
**Requirements**:
- Min. 5 years of experience in in a Commercial/Sales role. Relevant experience in logistics and eCommerce is an added advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent knowledge in eCommerce/international logistics and/or parcels will be highly advantageous
- A self-motivated, result-oriented individual, passionate about sourcing new business
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, resourceful with the ability to work well independently or in groups
- Strong networker & relationship builder and highly goal-driven and work well in fast-paced environment

**Responsibilities**:
- Acquisition, identify and establish Top Brand (Automotive, Telecommunication, Manufacturing, or Electronics) became customers and Ninja Xpress organizations to ensure a long-term business partnership and achievement of Business Development
- Build a strong client relationship to ensure that the account performs and grows to its maximum potential, reducing attrition rate and minimizing opportunities for competitors to gain business.
- Manage a portfolio of customers and potential customers via personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a 'personal service'
- Lead and manage customers presentations and proposals and conduct monthly performance reviews together with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ensure all customer agreements are cost sensitive so as to ensure a suggested minimum pricing tariff is set and adhered too. Any deviations from this tariff require management's agreement and justifications.
- Own and drive sales performance, revenue generation, profitability and other related sales levers including channel strategy.
- Proactive negotiation with clients on contractual rates to ensure business retention
- Prepare weekly updates on pipelines and target achievement and review of opportunities and business plan
- Support commercial areas as and when required alongside the business to ensure overall project success and acceptance of the stakeholders.
- Detect potential dysfunctions and/or entries deficits in our business solutions systems, react to any rising information related to process gaps
- Assist in development of relevant materials such as presentations, reports, and related analysis as an when required by the business.
