Develop the overall strategy for all product category in Wellings and research new product options in the category to drive sales and achieve targets, as well as sustainable growth for Wellings
- Carry out vendor management that supports business needs
- Research, analysis, and develop category strategy
- Responsible for product display strategy in all stores
- Determine competitive and effective product pricing
- Bachelor Degree from any major
- Experiences as Category Manager or Merchandising Manager in Pharmacy Healthcare retail or Groceries retail minimun 5 years
- Good communication in English and good negotiation skill
- Good analytical thinking
- Strong leadership
- Willing to work at Head Office, Pluit, Jakarta Utara
