**Job Description**:
- ** Strategic Planning**: Develop the strategy, create action plans, and oversee the commercial and operations operational process for multiple products. This includes but is not limited to formulating and executing supply and demand strategies, ensuring quality control processes, and implementing efficient procedures.
- ** Unit Economics**:Accountable for the company's business continuity by taking into account aspects of unit economics, e.g. monitoring and optimizing P&L performance.
- ** Supply & Demand Forecasting**: Develop and maintain demand forecasts using historical sales data, market trends, and input from stakeholders. Leverage statistical models, forecasting tools, and software for data-driven decision-making aligned with business objectives.
- ** Optimization Frameworks**: Establish constructive frameworks to gain deep insights into revenue and margin optimization across channels, products, user segments, and customer acquisition cost and retention.
- ** Client and Partner Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, identifying opportunities to expand business and increase revenue.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Drive initiatives for continuous improvement in current operations, and tools. Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate them into sales processes.
- ** Team Management**: Effectively lead and manage the team, recognizing and rewarding performance, and identifying development opportunities to foster growth within the organization.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to commercial and operations activities.
**Qualifications**:
- 10+ years of experience in commercial and operation roles, with a proven track record of success in supply & demand planning, sales acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or engineering. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in building, training, and leading a sales and operation team to successfully achieve top-line targets.
- Outstanding poise in a fast-paced business environment, and having experience working in tech startups will be a plus.
- Ability to translate strategy to execution, and act efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision-making.
- Effective communication skills as well as fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Experience working at a top-tier consulting firm is preferred.
