**Responsibilities**:
- Create a strategy for all social media platform
- Operate tools for social listening, tracking data, and giving insight into the company
- Improving social media experience, creating engaged audiences and facilitating organic growth, and responding to audience's queries in a timely and accurate way via chat or comments
- Write product-related copy for social media, including product titles, detailed descriptions, and enhanced product information.
- Provide competitive insights and conduct social media listening on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Identify social content opportunities that drive customer, and seller value, brandings, and communication
- Manage and implement all organic social engagement campaigns across social media channels
- Manage & schedule all official social media channels, coordinating across internal teams
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience developing social media content for a company/brand or working experience at digital or advertising agencies - preferably in the eCommerce space
- A background in social media or digital media
- Familiar with social selling on multiple platforms social media and e-commerce
- Can operate tools for social listening, tracking data, and giving insight into the company
- Highly skilled in online/social media communication
- Drive, competence, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with people at all levels within/outside the corporation.
Experience working within a social media environment
- Digital savvy with a passion for the digital landscape and knowledge of how platforms work, with experience in social listening and data analytics
- Agile and able to adapt quickly.
Can operate in a high-growth business where change is constant
