Now we are looking for a Head of Ecommerce to drive our online business market

You will....
- Builds and owns the ecommerce strategy
- Build a strong division e-commerce team under a clear vision
- Drives engagement and planning with internal brand team
- Drives the JBP process with enablers, key platforms, and e-retailer
- Sets the annual Sales target by e-channel, by Brand
- Build a robust e-BA, social commerce strategy
- Delivers the monthly and quarterly Sales Target
- Drives the internal and external planning cycle to ensure we have a good demand projection for brands by platform
- Manages the e-commerce team

You have
- 10+ years of experience in handling online business from multi-national company in commercial business role.
- High capability on executing strong relationship with our ecommerce partners.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm with beauty industry
