**?? What You'll Do as a Head of Engineering**:
- Develop and execute the engineering roadmap in alignment with CoLearn's strategic objectives
- Build and nurture a high-performing Engineering Team from the ground up
- Collaborate with product management, design, and other stakeholders to define requirements, establish timelines, and ensure successful project delivery
- Architect and develop robust, scalable systems with a focus on reliability and performance. Reliability is non-negotiable for CoLearn
** We'd Love to Hear from You if You Have**:
- 5+ years of relevant, broad engineering experience, including 3+ years of people management experience
- Proficient in the full Technical Stack, delivering quality code across both Frontend and Backend
- Proven track record of leading, supporting, and growing a team of 10+ engineers across Frontend, Backend, Mobile Apps, and DevOps
- Strong knowledge of NodeJS, Ruby on Rails (RoR), Next.js, React Native Web, JavaScript, and AWS CloudFormation/Python
- Deep understanding of best engineering practices for all stages of the software development lifecycle
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of Azure is a plus
