Head Of F&B Business

**Head of F&B Operation (Reporting directly to Director)**

**Main Responsibilities**
- Oversee the F&B business in overall.
- In charge of outlets development and expansion.
- In charge of outlets operation and manpower management.
- In charge of sales, marketing and promotion.
- In charge of kitchen, inventory, supplies and F&B production.
- In charge of product and quality service as well as customer experience and customer satisfactions.
- In charge of Profit and loss.
**General Requirements**
- Bachelor or Master Degree from related Field.
- Must have at the least 10 years' of working experience as Operational Manager/GM Operation in the retail F&B industry.
- Have experience in managing Food production, Food Supply-Inventory and Food Menu.
- Have experience in managing outlet operation and outlet expansion.
- Have experience in managing supplier from abroad is an advantage.
- Have experience in managing P&L is critical.
- Fluent in English, can speak Mandarin is a plus.
- Open for expatriate.
