Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, regulatory filings, and compliance with accounting standards and regulationsOversee audits, ensuring internal and external audit readiness and resolving findings promptlyIdentify financial and operational risks, develop strategies to mitigate these risks, and ensure the effectiveness of internal controlsMonitor compliance with policies and procedures, maintaining the security and integrity of financial dataOptimize accounting processes, including AR, AP and GL functions, to enhance efficiency and accuracyImplement best practices and internal controls to safeguard financial assets and maintain data integrityCollaborate with finance and executive teams to develop, monitor, and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and financial performance against targetsProvide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-makingA Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is requiredAt least 5 years of experience in financial reporting, auditing, budgeting, and financial analysisAt least 3 years of work experience as a Head of Division, Senior Manager or similar leadership roleIn-depth understanding of cash flow management, bank reconciliation, money movement, subsidiary accounts, tax analysis, and bookkeepingHands-on experience with budgeting, risk management, and financial compliance (e.g., GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations, PSAK) relevant to the organization's industryAbility to interpret and analyze financial data to provide strategic insightsAttention to detail and a commitment to accuracy**Willing to hybrid work arrangements = 4x wfo**: 1x wfh
