Head Of Fixed Income

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage designated fixed income and money market portfolios based on the objectives and constraints of the funds to best achieve metrics of KPIs but not limited to setting a relevant benchmark of funds, managing & rebalance the portfolio, and providing liquidity to fulfill redemptions.
- Oversee the time deposit placements within bank universe list, ensure its liquidation and management.
- Lead on the investment strategy recommendations and participate in the peer review of investment recommendations from other team members.
- Oversee to the investment process and operations, asset class specialist groups, and committees in local/regional while ensuring to the reporting and compliance aspect.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 10 years' experience in related field.
- Hold WMI is a mandatory.
- Hold CFA or other related certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or other related disciplines from the reputable University.
- Solid working experience in fixed income areas preferably in sizeable financial institutions with strong investment products knowledge.
- Have logical and critical thinking processes to improve or establish new initiatives or challenge existing ones.
- Strong business sense, having a good understanding of industry and trends and being attentive to detail.
- Able to work in a fast-paced regional-based environment.
- Craving for challenging assignments and having a high drive to establish projects from ideation to execution and perform the evaluation for continuous improvements.
- Strong written & communication skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
