- **Responsibilities**:_
- Design and execute a game-changing sales and partnership strategy
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and potential threats
- Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders and strategic partners
- Lead and mentor sales and partnership team to achieve growth objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative revenue strategies
- Evaluate and enter new markets, ensuring a diversified and sustainable growth portfolio
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize customer acquisition channels and improve conversion rates
- **Requirements**:_
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- Min 6 years of proven senior leadership experience in business development, strategic partnership, or growth
- Track record in scaling businesses and driving revenue in competitive markets
- Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a data-driven approach
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with industry trends and solid understanding of customer behavior
