**This Role**:
As the Head of HRBP, you are an advisor to business leaders on the development of people strategies and initiatives.
You are a trusted advisor to the leadership team, with strong focus on HR business partnering and advisory, talent management, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement and culture building.
**What you'll do**:

- Advise senior business leaders and key stakeholders on the organizational structure to enable business strategy and support business objectives.
- Partner with business leaders to identify and develop high-performing talent based on the organization's ideal talent profile.
- Champion desired culture and organizational values with senior business leaders
- Drive organization development or change interventions resulting into a high-performance culture in the workplace.
- Communicate the alignment and impact of HR strategy, goals and initiatives on workforce, business, and financial performance.
- Identify talent gaps, assess organizational performance, and propose solutions that are in support of the business and that are in promotion of ongoing talent, development plans, and succession.
- Review impact of HR policies and programmes on workforce performance taking into consideration priorities, risks, costs, and benefits to the organization.
- Lead the HR Business partners across all regions (Indonesia, Singapore and Taiwan) to formulate strategies for business and risk management to support the business growth.
- Ensure that all HR Business Partners implement practices and compliance to legislation across all regions Fazz is operating in.
**What we're looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree or Master in any discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of HRBP experience with at least 2 years of experience in regional roles.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership position
- Demonstrated track record in HR leadership roles.
- Experience in leading change management in digital transformation.
- Deep expertise in HR strategies
- Possess the ability to establish robust & influential partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Working experience in a start-up environment will be advantageous.
- Abilities to speak, read and write Indonesian Bahasa Malay is a must.
- Is a people person and a self-starter professional.
- Experience in HR consultancy or equivalent are welcome.
- Highly fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Preferably with tech-focused experience.
