Ensuring HR activities are aligned with the company
- Responsible for industrial relations, productivity, payroll, recruitment, and organizational development
- Manage the implementation of the HR capacity budget
- Managing and developing HR systems within the company
- Become liaison between management and employee
- Make an analysis of the level of employee satisfaction
- Understand and analyze labor law especially those related to work contract, work procedure, etc
- Understood the role as an HR manager
- Female, Age 30 until 45th
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
- Have a strong leadership
- Have the skills : Operational HR, Organizational Development, & Corporate Culture Relationship
- Good ability in terms of Analytical Thinking, & Problem Solving
- Mastering the Manpower Law & Regulations
- Familiar with HR Integrated System
- Wiling to be place in Meruya, West Jakarta
