Our client is a prominent Public Listed company that engages in the timber industry, agri-industry, and plantation industry in Indonesia is looking for Head of IT with strong SAP
**Responsibilities**:
- SAP Implementation:
- SAP S4Hana transition from SAP ECC
- Lead the implementation and integration of SAP systems across the organization, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define SAP requirements, conduct analysis, and develop implementation plans.
- Oversee the SAP project team, providing guidance and support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SAP systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Strategic Planning and Framework:
- Develop and execute the IT strategic plan in alignment with the overall corporate strategy.
- Identify opportunities for leveraging technology to drive business growth, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer experience.
- Establish IT frameworks, standards, and policies to ensure effective governance and compliance across all business units.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact on the organization and making strategic recommendations.
- Project Management and Change Management:
- Lead and oversee IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, working closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Implement change management processes, including requirement gathering, analysis, setup, testing, and handover to ensure smooth transition and user adoption.
- Develop and execute change management strategies to minimize resistance and maximize employee engagement during technology implementations.
- Short and Long-Term Planning:
- Develop comprehensive IT plans that align with the company's overall objectives and growth strategies.
- Create short-term and long-term IT roadmaps, including budgeting, resource allocation, and prioritization of initiatives.
- Monitor IT performance and key metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their technology needs and develop plans to support their functional requirements.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (15+ years) in leading IT initiatives and managing IT operations in a multi-business environment.
- Strong expertise in SAP implementation, including project management, configuration, and integration.
- Solid understanding of IT frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, with the ability to translate business objectives into IT strategies.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving innovation and process improvement.
