- Ensure all IT Technical Services deliver above the agreed SLA.
- Ensure all IT Technical Services projects are delivered as per requirements and within cost and time.
- Ensure IT Technical Services expenses are within the budget, or acceptable variance.
- Ensure IT Technical Services team is equipped and motivated to deliver their tasks.

**Qualifications**
- University degree with 10-12 years IT Infrastructure experience in the financial industry, preferably life insurance.
- Value-added qualifications: LOMA, PMP/Agile Scrum, ITIL, CCNA/ CCNP, CDCP, AWS Cloud Certification
**Responsibilities**
- Manage Business Users expectations on daily operations and service level delivery.
- Coordinate, negotiate and monitor multiple delivery partners spanning DBTS, Asia Service Center, Asia Cloud Hub, Digital Enterprise and local IT Infrastructure vendors.
- Actively manage and control the IT Technical Services expenditure, monitor HDW and SW maintenance, and IT Manage Services fee within the IT Infrastructure budget.
- Own the IT Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity plan, ensuring the infrastructure supports the business requirements and is appropriately tested.
- Own the audit response and point of contact to Audit related to IT Technical Services
