Manager Operation Requirement:
Minimum education Bachelor's degree in any major.
Has 5 years experience as Operational Manager
Having experience in the F&B field is preferred

**Job Description**:
Ensuring that all F&B operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing F&B operational activities.
Maintain the quality of products and services provided to satisfy customers.
Develop and monitor F&B operational budgets to ensure profitability.
Responsible for employee recruitment, training and development.
Supervise maintenance and maintenance of F&B equipment and facilities to ensure customer safety and comfort.
Monitor and ensure the availability of raw materials and resources to ensure smooth F&B operations.
Ensuring that all applicable operational and regulatory procedures are complied with.
Maintain good relationship with suppliers and customers to ensure good cooperation.
Responsible for preparing F&B operational reports and reporting the results to related parties.
**Salary**: Rp8,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per month
