**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- As the head of learning and development, this position will report to the HR director and be expected to influence the board and senior managers at all levels to adopt and support effective approaches to learning and development.
- Liaise with senior management and HR figures to align the overall learning and development strategy with the broader business goals of the company.
- Be involved in succession planning and talent management in client company.
- Provides direction and development of lasting leadership development programs within the business.
- Ensure that all programs meet deadlines and that they are completed within the allocated budgets
- Developing new program and team from scratch

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive HR experience as specifically in the field of Training, Learning & Development or combination of generalist and specialist (Training, L&D) experience.
- Experience operating with senior/executive management teams.
- Understanding about the market trend and talent needs accordingly.
- Strong ability to formulized, and execute and evaluating training module
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and influencing skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and clients.
- Strong business acumen.
- Expert coaching and teaching skills.
- Strong process and project management skills.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed HR environment.
