Head Of Legal

**Role Description**This is a full-time on-site role as the Head of Legal at Adapundi in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Head of Legal will be responsible for managing legal & compliance, providing legal consulting, preparing legal documents, and handling legal issues.**Qualifications**- Minimum 10 years experience as Legal- Strong knowledge of legal & compliance and practice- Experience in providing legal consulting and preparing legal documents- Have business understanding in the legal field- Ability to handle legal issues and provide practical solutions- Strong knowledge of OJK, and AFPI Regulations including but not limited to transaction reporting and monitoring obligations- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong character and ability to provide recommendations to companies- Attention to detail and ability to work independently- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or related field**Salary**: Rp40,000,000 - Rp55,000,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- how much is your expected salary?**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- Legal: 10 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
