Department- Legal & Compliance- Job posted on- Feb 27, 2024- Employment type- Full Time**Position description**:The Head of Legal & Compliance is a senior leadership role at Pluang based in Jakarta.- Pluang provides users with the opportunity to invest in Gold, Cryptocurrencies, Indonesian Stocks, US Stocks, Mutual Funds and other investment products to grow their savings.- The Head of Risk & Compliance will be proficient in drafting and reviewing legal documents, maintaining contract databases, and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations. Adept at proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders and providing legal protection to the company. Experienced in managing legal aspects of shareholder meetings, annual reports, and strategic partnerships.**What you will be doing**:**Legal**- Prepare first drafts or first revisions of documents.- Maintain a contract database and organize executed versions of contracts.- Perform other administrative duties as assigned; and- Maintain proactive communication with all and each stakeholder in and outside the company.- Handling legal matters relating to financial products and services within the company- Assisting business team for current and upcoming project, and maintaining legal documents- Drafting and reviewing legal matters such as, nondisclosure agreement, memorandum of understanding, cooperation agreement and others- Ensure all legal documentation is clear, updated, and available.- Provide legal protection and services to a company.- Responsible for the general meeting of shareholders, annual reports, presentations, press releases and media monitoring.- Work directly with relevant stakeholders from end-to-end on partnership arrangements, new product launches, licensing and compliance matters, government relations and all other strategic legal matters.**What you need to be successful for this role**:- Minimum 13 years experience.
