**About the Client**:
A leading beauty & personal care company is looking for Head of Marketing to lead its dynamic team and will be part of the new business expansion plans.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Focus on the development of product marketing as well as launching of products
- Create, develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans for the organisation and track the sales and marketing performance metrics to reach the business targets
- Work closely with the BOD to develop a country-wide marketing strategy and targets
- Oversee social media marketing strategy, content creation and marketing

**Key Requirements**:

- Min. Bachelor's degree from reputable university
- 12+ years Beauty FMCG experience with strong exposure in brand management (brand building, category management etc)
- Exceptional in strategic thinking, analytical process, commercial acumen, business development, presentation and negotiation skills
- Strong written and communication skills, fluency in English, able to communicate well with regional and global counterparts
- Results-driven, high initiative skills while able to work under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment
