Prior marketing experience for Beauty OR Personal care products is required

**Responsibilities**:

- Create strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications, and Creative.
- Prepare and manage the Marketing department's weekly, quarterly, and yearly budgets.
- Establish, monitor, and report on team objectives.
- Create branding, positioning, and price strategies
- Identify new market niches and grow market share.
- Keep a close eye on the competition (acquisitions, price adjustments, and new goods and services).
- To increase brand recognition, combine your marketing and sales operations.

**Key Requirements**
- 5 years of work experience in Marketing/Brand Marketing preferably with experience in Beauty Industry
- Strong expertise in managing, creating, and implementing digital marketing programs and activities.
- Extensive exposure to marketing and brand management, coupled with detailed analytical skills and creative problem solving
