Performance Marketing Manager

1. Develop Strategies:

- Analyze market and competitors to understand opportunities and trends
- Formulate a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to increase traffic, conversions, and customer retention.

2. Manage Campaigns:

- Able to Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including E-Commerce Ads, Google Ads ( Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and TikTok Ads, will be plus point)
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI

3. Data Analysis:

- Collect and analyze data from various sources (Shopee Brand Portals, & Tokopedia)
- Identify trends and patterns to understand customer behavior and the effectiveness of strategies

4. Optimization:

- Optimize strategies and campaigns based on data and insights
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and technology.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of E-Commerce Optimization, SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing.
- Experience in the e-commerce and retail industry is a plus.
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in tools Google Keywords Planner, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, Tiktok Ads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate teams.
- Results-oriented with a passion for digital marketing.
