Job Description Direct and oversee the Customer Key Account Team to meet both revenue and profitability objectives.Create and implement modern trade strategies to enhance brand visibility and stimulate sales growth.Build and maintain strong partnerships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional service quality.Assess market trends and sales data to uncover opportunities and enhance sales performance.Inspire, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential.Collaborate across departments to drive brand initiatives and support innovation.Requirement Bachelor's degree in any field with MBA will be an advantages10+ years of experience in Modern Trade sales, well rounded experience in handling minimarket, hyper super, and MTI accountsMinimum 3 years of total experience as National Key Account Manager/Head of Modern TradeFood & Beverage background will be highly preferredStrong analytical thinking and ability to solve complex challenges creatively and innovativelyResilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentProven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop people
