Head Of National Sales

Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed national revenue targets.

Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion in new and existing markets.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Understand customer needs and market trends to enhance service offerings.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure objectives are met.

Lead, inspire, and manage the national sales team to ensure high performance and motivation.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets in the logistics or express delivery industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills, ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Proficient in both English and Indonesian.
