Sales Manager

**Job Description**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the hotel's revenue targets and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Lead and motivate the sales team, set sales targets, and monitor their performance to ensure goals are met.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and guest needs to identify opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.

Work Experience
- A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Several years of experience in hotel sales, preferably with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
