**Requirements**:
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field.
- 10-12 years of work experience in shopping center management, property management and/or retail management.
- Fluency in Bahasa and English and ability to work in a multi-cultural, bilingual environment.
- Thorough understanding of international shopping center standards.
- Knowledge of international and domestic fashion brands.
- Customer-oriented approach with great attention to detail and strong sense of urgency for solving problems.
- Strong organization and management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
**Job Descriptions**:
- Day-to-day management of Center operations and supervision of operations staff; preparation of standard operating procedures for each function.
- Conduct routine property inspections throughout the day to inspect cleanliness, public safety and security and to ensure that the Center delivers a global-standard shopping environment; document concerns and ensure that issues are resolved in a timely manner.
- Develop and manage Center's Emergency/Disaster Plan ensuring that all personnel are trained as appropriate for a crisis management response.
- Procure all goods and services necessary for the Center within the annual Operating and
- Capital Expenditure budgets; manage all outsourced service providers (custodial, landscaping, security, etc.) and ensure that high standards are achieved.
- Assist with preparation of annual Center Operating budgets and monthly reforecasts; maximize operating efficiencies and resulting cost savings.
- Administer Center Rules and Regulations for Retail and F&B Tenants; facilitate effective onsite Tenant communication to share Center updates, collect feedback, and resolve pending issues.
- Monitor Tenant compliance with signed Tenancy Agreements, with regard to product, pricing and other relevant clauses; if needed, coordinate with Leasing team to address any non-compliance issues.
- Monitor Tenant sales performance; collaborate closely with Tenants to improve brand exposure, visual displays, and customer service, as needed, to maximize sales productivity.
- Manage Customer Service activities and onsite amenities including the Information Center, VIP Lounge, Food Court, Children's Playground, Shuttle Bus Lounge, Restrooms, etc. to ensure that the Center delivers premium Customer Services that meet global standards and exceed expectations.
- Coordinate planning with Marketing team with regard to implementation of special Center events, installation of visual displays, execution of shopping promotions, and more.
