Our client is Paxel, a fast-growing multinational freight and logistics services company.
Established in2017, our client now has +300 employees across the country, and is actively and dynamically pursuing progressive business, to be the number-one solution in the market.
Currently growing their newly-developed business unit, Paxel Market is a marketplace portal where local businesses and products from Food to FMCG where shoppers and sellers meet, while still focusing on providing excellent service of their business core, Cold Chain.
**Job Role**:
Currently looking for someone to help oversee the whole operations within the company, the Head of Operations will be structurally under their corporate service, which is divided into two, ecommerce and non-ecommerce, while working closely with other departments on a day-to-day basis.
The role will be responsible for the whole aspects of Production Operations, which means the person will be intensively involved in both the operational and development function that optimizes the intersection of product and customer success, including the go-to-market counterparts to improve alignment, communications, and processes around the product.
- Responsible for developing and operating products for both service and operations purposes
- Responsible for supervising, monitoring, reviewing, and evaluating the day-to-day aspects to achieve high SLA and cost-efficient operations
- Responsible for managing the whole process of first mile, linehaul, last mile
- Responsible for managing a team of shippers, receivers, drivers, and other operational
- Embracing design, planning, control, performance improvement, and operations strategies
- Working closely with other departments to ensure the delivery of the service meets the target and company's objectives, ensuring the quality of customer journey, including post-service experience
- Having minimum 8 years of experience in the related fields
- Strong knowledge and experience in Commercial
- Strong knowledge and experience in Operations and People Development, exposure to similar or same service will be prioritized
- Strong knowledge and experience in Product Development, exposure to similar or same service will be prioritized
- Strong understanding of customer experience for both traditional and digital concepts of customer journey
- Excellent in planning, delegating, time-managing, and problem-solving with strong motivational skills
- Having experience growing with a startup will be a plus

**Salary**: Rp50,000,000 - Rp80,000,000 per month

**Experience**:

- Logistics and/or Supply Chain Operations: 8 years (required)
