Responsibilities Oversee and manage the operational pipeline, ensuring timely completion of projects. Communicate with external stakeholders and developers to implement website changes and push updates live. Work closely with media buyers, setting KPIs and scorecards to track their performance. Manage all operational tasks that require coordination, problem-solving, and execution. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement processes that drive efficiency. Proven experience in operations within an agency, with a focus on marketing or Google Ads. Strong familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Miro/Figma/Lucidchart, Slack, GDrive/Dropbox, Sheets, Zapier, PandaDoc, and GSuite. Experience working with CRMs like HubSpot or similar platforms. Ability to manage and communicate with remote teams across different time zones.
