Head Of Production

**Requirement**:

- Minimum education S1 all majors.
- Minimum 3 years experience in the same field.
- Strong leadership, problem solving, analytic, detail and target oriented, and collaboration skills working with cross-functional teams.
- Have creativity and innovation in product development.
- Prepare the planning and schedule of the production process.
- Monitor the production process and adjust the schedule as needed.
- Ensure the achievement of production quality and quantity as well as the accuracy of the completion of the production process schedule.
- Estimating production costs and setting quality standards.
- Understand the production flow, master the GARMENT field (including understanding the types and characters of materials and understanding patterns).
- Analyze and improve production processes that are less efficient/effective.
- Responsible for production process activities.
