About The Role This position is responsible for driving regional strategy and execution across operations, sales, user growth, and analytics to ensure sustainable business growth across all cities in Region Jabodetabek. This role involves managing and optimizing regional and city budgets, recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing teams, and overseeing driver-related strategies to enhance acquisition, retention, communication, and experience. Additionally, the Head of Region will develop respective region-specific strategies based on local insights, collaborate with regional leadership, HQ teams, and external stakeholders, and monitor key performance metrics to achieve business goals. Building and maintaining strong relationships with government bodies, merchant partners, and driver communities is also a key aspect of this role.
