Job Description Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including revenue targets, market share growth, and customer acquisition goals. Lead and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team, providing guidance, support, and mentor-ship to drive individual and team success. Collaborate closely with the Product Development, R&D, and Manufacturing teams to align sales and marketing efforts with product launch time-lines and objectives. Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic initiatives to expand our product portfolio and penetrate new markets. Build and nurture relationships with key opinion leaders, health care professionals, and key stakeholders to drive brand advocacy and market penetration. Oversee the development of sales and marketing collateral, promotional materials, and digital content to support sales efforts and enhance brand visibility. Monitor market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to inform strategic decision-making and optimise sales and marketing strategies. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives and drive continuous improvement. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. 15 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Deep understanding of pharmaceutical sales processes, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements. Proficiency in sales and marketing analytic, with the ability to leverage data insights to inform strategic decision-making. Highly organised with strong project management abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
