**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive company brand, profile, and proposition through Corporate sales in line with the market participation strategy and able to get new clients.
- Growing the business and ensuring the corporate's insurance revenue goals are achieved.
- Create, implement, and manage expansive and commercial Corporate sales strategy and management plan that delivers growth targets.
- Ensure that all sales activities are completed in a compliant way, ensuring that the relevant governing bodies' protocols are fulfilled.
- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and work towards achieving agreed new business targets
- Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders at relevant meetings
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
**Key Requirements**:
- Strong experience in selling corporate insurance
- Proven very strong track record in acquiring new corporate clients for insurance
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
- Excellent in communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Have managerial experience
- An ability to speak fluent English
- Fluent understanding of risk and pricing strategy
- Strong leadership and team building skill
