**The opportunity**:
Our client is an early-stage B2B SaaS start-up that provides tools for businesses and financial professionals. The team is made up of highly motivated and talented individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.
As a Head of Sales, you will lead strategic growth initiatives and keep high-level professional relationships with clients. You will work closely with senior management to align sales strategies with business objectives and ensure that you stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Developing and executing a sales plan to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conducting product demonstrations and presentations to prospects and customers remotely and in person when appropriate.
- Working closely with marketing to ensure lead generation campaigns are successful and leads are properly qualified and handed over for follow-up.
- Onboarding new customers and ensuring their success with products.
- Upselling additional services as appropriate.
- Managing the sales pipeline and sales forecasting to ensure accurate reporting and target attainment.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- Minimally, 7 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably at an early-stage company.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience with CRM software, sales automation tools, and other sales technologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
