Head Of Sales Performance

Develop and implement sales planning and performance targets and initiative
- Perform monitor and analyze sales pipeline VS order kick-in
- Perform monitor sales achievement based on potential revenue VS current revenue
- Identify sales performance measures to track effectiveness
- Analyze billable accounts and payment status
- Evaluate sales achievements to create sales strategies in the future

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree, in any major
- Minimum have 5 years of working experience working at a Cellular Operator/ ISP/ Network Provider as a Business Analyst or a function relevant to Revenue analysis
- Experience working in Data Analysis and Executive Reporting: Business Performance
- Experience in handling End-to-End sales order and performance process
- Have experience working in preparing Business Planning and Project P&L is a added value
- Work Location **:South Jakarta**
