Housekeeping Coordinator - Itc Surabaya

**Job Descriptions**:

- Make a work plan for the implementation of cleanliness, pest control, garden maintenance and building sanitation.
- Inspect all areas within the building and surrounding areas to ensure standards of cleanliness, tidiness, beauty, and comfort.
- Controlling the availability of manpower, equipment, materials for cleaning operations and supervising their use according to predetermined standard procedures.
- Carry out supervisory duties on the performance of House Keeping subcontractors.
- Make regular reports regarding the implementation of housekeeping activities.

**Job Qualification**s**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Any Major.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as Housekeeping Coordinator in retail/shopping center.
- Able to make Housekeeping Budget and Work plan
- Computer literacy (Ms.Office).
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
