Job Description
Sourcing suppliers in the market
Assist in implementation of resource management activities in accordance with the work plan;
Prepare administrative documents, collect and compile inputs to documents;
Draft routine correspondence for resource management program implementation;
Prepare inputs to implementation processes such as recruitment of new employee;
Collect, compile and organize background materials, documents and other materials for meetings;
Compile resource management reports;
Prepare inputs to reports, summaries, graphs and inputs to presentations in support to various department activities;
Provide support to the organization of workshops and meetings
Maintain the project filing system;
Perform any other duties as required

Requirement
Graduate from any major, preferred in Engineering, Business Management and related major
Fresh graduate (with no working experience) welcome to apply.
GPA min. 3.20 (out of 4.00)
Available being internship for 6 months.

**Good at Microsoft word, excel, PPT**:
Good written and verbal communication in English
Project management knowledge, like planning, executing, strictly follow orders etc.
Good analytical skills, detail-oriented & strong communication skills to be able to communicate.
Comfortable with change - knows how and when to be effective
Team leading experience; good communication skills needed; open and fast learning;
Good work attitude, team work and result oriented
Ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously
