Supporting organization's strategy by mapping out plans and corporate procedures to achieve desirable outcomes from the HR, Corp Administration and compliances perspective
- Assist in formulating and monitoring the implementation of company's strategic business plan
- Develop, implement and continuously review and propose improvement of HR policies, guideline, procedures and programs in accordance to the government regulation include employment law, and ensure staff compliance.
- Managing and supervising the subset of Corporate Office and as the key representative in communicating important decision among stakeholder, particularly from Human Resources, Corporate Administration and Compliance perspective
- Identify and recommend processes improvements and internal controls to ensure compliance of all policies and procedures, protection of assets, reliability of data and information and operational efficiency & effectiveness.
- Liaise with external auditors, internal auditors, tax agent, and corporate secretarial agent on internal and regulatory compliance matters from the HR, Corp Administration and compliances perspective.
- Manage of all office documentation, including company license documents.
- Responsible to ensure the payroll function (salary & bonus processing) for staff on a monthly basis take places in a correct manner.
- Handle employee enquiries on HR Matters
- Take lead in sub functions of HR - Talent acquisition, Payroll administration & Compensation, Learning and Development, Staff Engagement etc.
- Lead QC team to maintain and enhance ISO9001, 14001, 18001 and ISO22301
- Any other adhoc projects / duties assigned.
**Salary**: From Rp18,000,000 per month

- D1-D4 (preferred)
**Experience**:
- People Management: 6 years (preferred)
- Human Resources: 6 years (preferred)
