**Job Deskripsi**
- Oversee all aspects of staff and labor relations, encompassing recruitment, training, and development.
- Develop and enforce operational and behavioral policies for the team.
- Coordinate all employee onboarding paperwork, including the acquisition of work permits or visas, as needed.
- Implement property procedures related to compensation, incentives, benefits, and other HR matters.
- Ensure the well-being and safety of employees.
- Conduct staff training sessions to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to guests.
- Address employee requests and provide guidance and leadership on matters related to morale, relations, and discipline.
- Lead staff communication on behalf of the General Manager and represent employee interests in managerial meetings.
- Serve as a role model within the company, demonstrating professional leadership skills that align with and support the company's culture.
