Nimbly is looking for a **passionate and results-driven HR Director (Indonesia)**.

**What you will do here**
- Conduct weekly meetings with each business unit
- Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies and provide guidance and interpretation
- Manage and solve complex employee relations problems.
Carry out an effective, thorough, and objective investigation.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reduce legal risks and ensure compliance with regulations.
Partners with the legal department as needed
- Provide daily performance management guidelines to line management (for example, coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary action)
- Establish cooperation with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Develop contract requirements for new employees, promotions, and transfers
- Provide guidance and input on business unit restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
- Evaluate and monitor training programs to ensure success.
Follow to ensure training objectives are met
- Develop the recruitment process and life-cycle, including sourcing, qualifying (interview and assessment), offer management, and onboarding process
- Developed the Learning & Development strategy, policies and processes, comprehensive training modules based on TNA and business needs, and facilitated the training program.
**What you will bring**
- You have a **minimum **of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in human resources management, preferably in a start-up environment or SaaS Company, with a **minimum **of 3 years of experience in the top human resources leadership role of a small to mid-sized company, or the head of a division in a larger organization;
- You have **at least** five years of leadership experience in organization, with global scope; ability and willingness to manage responsibilities with stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Strong background in designing and implementing organizational structures, strategic hiring and selection, employee and organizational development, compensation, philosophy, and total compensation programs at a global scale;
- Capable of building and scaling human resources infrastructure, with a track record of developing a high functioning team;
- Delivered results within the framework of the human resources disciplines, including all aspects of talent, compensation, benefits, and HR operations;
- Demonstrated success implementing creative, efficient, and user-friendly HR programs and solutions;
- Demonstrated ability to strike the right balance between speed/flexibility and process/compliance, and be highly analytical about leading a human resources function which ensures that the organization rigorously measures and analyses the right factors to drive success;
- You possess high ethical standards, integrity, authenticity, credibility, and character, presenting yourself in a professional demeanour that is persuasive and confident;
- Ability to coach at all levels;
- Proven ability to foster, motivate, and influence positive behaviours throughout the organization; highly collaborative work style;
- Strong project management and organizational skills;
- Expert knowledge of human resources strategies, processes, policies, and laws;
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
