Job Description:
- Responsibility is to successfully manage the relationship between the employees and organization
- To influence the experience of the employees

- Understand and utilize performance metrics and reporting to identify improvement opportunities for organization/employee performance.
- Receive, understand and respond to Performers, Non-Performers and Difficult employee and/or departments' inquiries related to various functions of HR Operations including but not limited to, hiring, compensation, separations, benefits, retirement, workers' compensation, safety, and/or leave of absence.
- Collaborate with leaders to manage associate job performance by coaching, counseling, and disciplining associates, planning, monitoring, and appraising performance results.
- Development of an engagement plan that could include activities designed to build these relationships.
- Working as a representative of a company, engaging with job applicants and in the marketplace, in order to build the goodwill that attracts top talent.
- Service delivery, and budget or project management
- Diploma or Bachelor in any major with 2 years experience in HR area
- Creativity in developing programs and methods for engaging an audience toward the success of a goal
- Relationship-building skills with business leaders, the community, and the target audience of employees or others
- Organizing, including the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- Empathy, using skills to determine what is most important to their target audience, and then working to deliver on an organizational promise
- Engaging, having a natural like of people, a knack for leading, and sales skills that help engage others in goals
- Interested in learning new things
- Flexible, dynamic, and engaging, with strong interpersonal skills

Pay: Rp5,100,000 - Rp7,000,000 per month
