We are currently assisting our client from Pipe Manufacturing Industry who is looking for HR Generalist (Mandarin Speaker) to be placed in North Jakarta with following requirements:
- Proficient in Mandarin and preferably in English as well
- Deep understanding in HR best practices, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance
- Minimum bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, business administration, or any other relevant fields
- Experienced in HR field for 2+ years, preferably in a China-based company
- Communicative and high skills in multi-tasking and interpersonal
**Job Description**:
- Design and implement HR policies and procedures that support business objectives
- Perform budgeting onduct end-to-end talent acquisition process to attract and retain talents
- Develop effective performance management programs that align with business goals, including regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring
- Resolve and manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and laws, including labor laws, and implement effective risk management programs
- Develop and deliver effective training and development programs as needed
- Develop and manage HR metrics and analytic that measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
- Working closely with business leaders to create a culture of high performance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
