**The Role**
People are at the heart of everything we do. With our rapid expansion, it is becoming more important than ever that we do it right! As our People Assistant, People & Culture, you will play an integral role in the building of our Love, Bonito team and family. Reporting into our People Operations Manager, you will work alongside her in creating a passionate and high performing team, in a culture of openness, learning, operational excellence, collaboration, honesty, and innovation.
Main Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Process payroll, monthly OT payment, commission, referral fees, reimbursement of staff claims.
- Responsible for billings and reconciliation of payroll accounts.
- Manage work injury claims and reporting.
- Manage Retail Employee Lifecycle (Onboarding, Offboarding) and letters (e.g Confirmation, Disciplinary).
- Assist with updating and maintaining staff list, P-file record, and managing internal HRMS.
- Prepare reports (E.g. Time and attendance, attrition).
- Retail training administration support (Registration with SIRS).
- Manage or support any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
**Requirements**:
**Requirements & Experiences**:
- 1-2 years of relevant HR experience with a good hands on experience of HR operations.
- Minimally a diploma in human resource, business management, psychology, sociology or other relevant fields.
- Good understanding of Employment Act and other relevant employee government legislations as applicable to the workplace.
