Handling end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing until onboarding, and ensure all process are in timely manner.
Arranging work plans in accordance with the strategy part, human resource policies and systems established to ensure the achievement of HR Objectives.
Manage and control the administrative activities of the office, HR information system to ensure optimal availability of support for the smooth operations of the company.
Updating company databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
Collect and follow up new hire pre-employment documents.
Bachelor Degree of Law / Psychology/ Human Resource Management from reputable university.
Strong analytical thinking and committed to achieve goals.
Detail-oriented.
Effective communication skills.
Good presentation abilities, initiation, and negotiation skills
