Consult managers and employees with interpretation and communication of company policies and procedures as well as local labor laws.
Provide HR administrative support throughout the employee life cycle including onboarding activities, annual performance evaluations, managing off-boarding activities and people support.
Provide relevant employee information for monthly payroll submission to payroll vendor.
Review payroll calculations from payroll vendor.
Verify monthly staff claims prior to submission to Finance for payment.
Clarify with employees per relevant policies.
Lead employee engagement and internal communications programs locally to advance the engagement level of employees and improve employee morale.
Conduct regular training for the employees to make sure they can perform his or her job well.
Proven work experience as a People / HR Specialist, or relevant role

Bachelor degree from reputable university

Good working knowledge of Indonesia Labor Law

Ability to prioritize and multi-task for efficient and effective work production, including managing expectations of multiple stakeholders at all levels within, and outside, the HR team.
Ability to follow through on assigned projects and activities.
Strong ethics and reliability and able to maintain strict confidentiality of all internal and personnel affairs.
Demonstrate initiative, pro-activeness and positive learning attitude.
