**Position Overview**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and updating employee database records in HRIS and other systems.
- Managing employee legal documents, such as personal documents, contracts, addendum contracts, payslips, etc.
- Responsible for employee benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries, including insurance, BPJS, and other health benefits.
- Summarize and record monthly BPJS bills and cards.
- Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and general employment letters.
- Managing office administration and purchasing, including procurement of office supplies, equipment, materials, and delivery of letters and equipment.
- Responsible for keeping records, storage, and maintenance of office equipment including work facilities and other office assets.

Data Management:

- Accuracy Rate: Maintain an accuracy rate of 100% for employee data in HRIS and other systems.
- Record Completion Rate: Ensure 100% of employee files are complete with all required documents (e.g., contracts, payslips, etc.).
- Data Entry Turnaround Time: Process data entry tasks (e.g., new hires, benefit changes) within 1 working day.

Benefits Administration:

- Enrollment Error Rate: Maintain a low error rate (less than 0.5%) for employee benefit enrollments and changes.
- Benefit Inquiry Resolution Rate: Resolve employee benefit inquiries with a satisfaction rating of Y% within a set timeframe (e.g., one business day).

BPJS Management:

- Timely Bill Summarization: Ensure monthly summaries of BPJS bills and cards are completed before the day of submission.
- BPJS Reconciliation Accuracy: Maintain a 100% accuracy rate when reconciling BPJS payments with employee records.

Administrative Efficiency:

- Completion Rate for Administrative Tasks: Achieve a 100% completion rate for administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and generating employment letters, within set deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- At least 1 year of experience in the HR field or equivalent, fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply
- Proficiency with G-Suite, Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Have experience using HRIS (having used Talenta is a plus)
