**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:

- Maximum age 35 years.
- Minimum 2 or 3 years experience working in another company as Head of HR
- Minimum education is S1 in management, law, or psychology
- Understand or master the labor system in Indonesia
- Have the ability to negotiate or communicate with others
- Knowledge of HR operational management
- Experienced in making employee salary strategies such as employee compensation, basic salary, and salary structure.
- Mastering HR planning, and recruitment to select employees.
- Able to plan and develop employee competencies.
- Have a portfolio of employee salary structure designs.
