Hr Manager

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, including:
budgeting, employee recruitment, contract labor management, employee management and termination, and overseeing wage tax calculations and contract services.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, and other related majors
- Experience in human resources management for minimum 4 years
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and contract labor management
- Proficiency in conducting psychological tests and assessments
- Understanding of wage tax calculations and contract services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to effectively lead a team
- Placement: Penjaringan, North Jakarta

Pay: Rp12,000,000 - Rp30,000,000 per month

- S1 (required)

**Experience**:

- People Management: 4 years (preferred)
- Human Resources: 4 years (preferred)
