Job Title: HR/LEGAL MANAGER
Location: Jakarta, Indonesia
Shift and Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day (Onsite)
**Position Overview**:
RecruitGo is currently seeking a Human Resource / Legal Manager to join our team, working with our client based in Indonesia. Our client industry is an Online platform for Freelance, a Marketplace for services websites.
**Responsibilities**:
- Managing company permits, company documents,
- Labor affairs, as well as company and employee
- Employment agreements.
- Handling and monitoring the deadlines for permits
- and company legality under the FUSHAI business field.
- Creating and reviewing internal and external company agreements.
- Executing reporting tasks to government agencies.
- Handling administrative work related to legal matters.
- Creating and preparing employment contracts.
- Taking care of online platform legal notations and proceedings.
**Job Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource
- Management/Law.
- Minimum 3 years of experience.
- Maximum age of 45 years.
- Honest, proactive, firm, and possess negotiation skills.
- Able to work with priorities and attention to detail.
- Organized in filing company data and archives.
- Proficient in active English language skills.
- Capable of working both independently and in a team.
- Having experience in HR/Legal
- Experiences in an E-Commerce company

**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp17,000,000 per month
